Travel arrangements

Before registering, please book flights to arrive at Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport in time to begin the event at 2pm Tuesday 6 May 2025. Return travel should be booked after 5pm on 8 May.

Transport will be provided to and from the airport; it takes about one hour. Please do not book your own transport.

Accommodations will be allocated based on travel information provided. If you want to travel outside of the core dates 5-8 May, you are responsible for making those arrangements and covering those costs.
